logo知識版權(quán)、使用版權(quán)及注冊申請協(xié)議書

委托方（甲方）：
承辦方（乙方）：

一、乙方按照甲方要求設計出公司LOGO后甲方應盡快安排新設計LOGO的商標注冊事宜（為期三個月）。
二、甲方如在商標注冊過程中碰到（因案形相似或近似）被商標局退回而不能注冊的情況，乙方負責為甲方無條件重新設計滿意的LOGO方案；但因企業(yè)名稱或品牌名稱中英文名存在類同非乙方因素導致被商標局退回而不能注冊等，乙方將不給予重新設計。
三、若乙方為甲方設計的LOGO在作商標注冊后，如在使用過程中碰到被其他公司狀告侵權(quán)的情況而導致不能使用時，乙方負責為甲方無條件重新設計滿意的LOGO方案，因商標已經(jīng)注冊故乙方不承擔因侵權(quán)而導致的責任。
四、甲方采用的LOGO，辦理知識產(chǎn)權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)移手續(xù)后，甲方擁有完全知識產(chǎn)權(quán)。乙方保留用于參展、評選的權(quán)利。若因LOGO未注冊成功所造成的諸如畫冊、VI手冊及VI前期應用等損失，皆由甲方負責，同時甲方仍依正式合同約定支付乙方所有費用。
五、此協(xié)議一式兩份，簽字后雙方各執(zhí)一份，均具同等法律效力；
六、本協(xié)議在甲乙雙方代表簽字蓋章后，以雙方最后簽字日期為生效日；本協(xié)議的解釋和履行受中國法律法規(guī)管轄。

 Third, if Party B for the design of LOGO in for trademark registration, and if encountered in the course of infringement by other companies sued the circumstances resulted in the use, Party B is responsible for an unconditional satisfaction LOGO redesign program, because the mark has been registered so B does not bear responsibility for infringement caused.
 Fourth, the Party adopted LOGO, for intellectual property transfer procedures, the Party has full intellectual property rights. B reserved for exhibitors, the right selection. Ruoyin LOGO result of the success is not registered as pictures, VI and VI manual application of pre-loss, chosen by the Party responsible for, while Party B Rengyi a formal contract to pay all costs.
 Fifth, this Agreement in duplicate, each party holds one signed, all the same legal effect;
 Sixth, the agreement signed and sealed on behalf of both parties, the two sides to the effective date of final signature date; interpretation of this Agreement and to perform governed by Chinese laws and regulations.
